Collinsville Building & Loan Association was organized in 1885, making it Collinsville’s oldest financial institution. Since inception, CB&L has been focused on staying true to our community banking values. CB&L is best known for being one of the only lenders in the area who portfolio and service all their mortgage loans in-house. Unlike other financial institutions, we do not sell our mortgage loans to the secondary market. You will receive a more hands-on experience as our loan team works directly with you to help purchase, build, or refinance your home.
