Facilities Manager

First Baptist Church of Maryville is looking for a skilled person with building trades experience who will assume responsibility for our church facilities and property management. This person will need to be self motivated with skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC service, and computer networking equipment. Basic computer skills will be required with spreadsheet and word processing experience. Must be able to keep records, monitor building related budgets, work with service contractors, and communicate well with others. This person must not be afraid of high work on ladders or work platforms.
