    Join Our Team as a Customer Support Manager in Troy, IL!

    Are you passionate about building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer support? Truck Centers, Inc. is looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our team in Troy, IL. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our dealership teams and key customer accounts, helping us grow our business through meaningful connections within your territory.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Review assigned customer accounts for trends, keeping an eye out for changes, and keeping management in the loop.
    • Build and nurture relationships with new customers to expand our reach in the market.
    • Visit customers bi-weekly or monthly to strengthen relationships, address potential issues, and ensure a top-notch experience.
    • Respond to customers’ technical, service, and general inquiries related to their equipment, performance, or service needs.
    • Work with customers and other DTNA dealer groups to facilitate timely repairs, even if outside TCI’s immediate area. Help customers locate quality repair options when a DTNA network shop isn’t available.
    • Explain warranty coverage and serve as a bridge between customers and manufacturers, assisting with policy considerations or new warranty procedures.

    Qualifications

    What We're Looking For:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Valid Driver's License with ability to meet insurance requirements is required
    • Class B or Class A CDL with air brake endorsement is highly preferred
    • Freightliner dealership experience, CIC Level I or II are strongly preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years mechanical or dealer service management experience
    • Knowledge of Service department operations
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
    • Solid skills in data analysis and forecasting to help guide decisions.
    • Comfortable using tablets, computers, and MS Office software, with a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. (Experience with Procede software is a plus!)
    • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
    • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including some overnight trips.
    • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen
