    Engaging in competency and certification processes ensures expertise in training, teaching, and leading staff through case conceptualization. With a commitment to GuideTree Service activities, you efficiently manage meetings, collaborating seamlessly with agency leadership and the Youth Villages GuideTree Service Manager. This multifaceted position allows you to make a meaningful impact on professional development and service excellence. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!

    • 21+ years of age
    • A valid driver's license
    • Proof of vehicle insurance
    • Professional Licensure in good standing (or within 3-6 months of licensure) in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work fields, including but not limited to LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or appropriate state variant
