    Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality in our food manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols, as well as leading a team to uphold compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
    Location: Greenville Il
    Pay: $30/hr-$35/hr, BOE
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure product quality and safety.
    • Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
    • Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize processes and reduce waste.
    • Train and mentor staff on quality standards and practices.
    • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in quality management within the food industry.
    • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance best practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
