    Event / Office Manager Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Manager / Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and manage catering events from start to finish. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a passion for event planning and customer service. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functionality while coordinating catering services, client communications, and on-site event execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Event Management:

    · Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events, ensuring seamless service and client satisfaction.

    · Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and event details.

    · Develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets.

    · Supervise on-site event setups, staffing, and breakdowns.

    · Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation.

    · Maintain vendor and venue relationships to facilitate smooth event execution.

    · Troubleshoot and resolve any last-minute event issues.

    Office Management:

    · Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and administrative tasks.

    · Manage client inquiries, bookings, contracts, and invoicing.

    · Maintain and update event planning software, client databases, and schedules.

    · Coordinate staff schedules, training, and payroll assistance.

    · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.

    · Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media updates and promotional materials.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    · Skills:

    o Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    o Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    o Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

    o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event management software, and POS systems.

    o Leadership and team management experience.

    o Knowledge of catering logistics, menu planning, and industry trends.

    Working Conditions:

    · Schedule: Flexibility required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.

    Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 / year

    Party Pay - up to $20,000 / year
