Full Time Cleaner/Grounds Keeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This full-time role is responsible for performing move-out inspection cleans, maintaining the cleanliness of complex common areas and grounds, and ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive move-out cleaning according to the established cleaning checklist.
• Clean and maintain common areas within residential complexes, including hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and grounds
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed checklists and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
