    The Veterinary Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients, maintaining a client-centric mentality and advocating for their needs.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Scheduling appointments with veterinarians
    • Checking in clients and patients, managing appointment flow
    • Answering phone calls, including emergencies and handling prescription requests
    • Performing administrative tasks, such as patient rechecks and online appointment scheduling
    Requirements:
    • Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including full weekend and holiday coverage
    • Working knowledge of multi-line phone systems, office equipment, and software
    • Ability to pass a drug screen and maintain confidentiality
    • Comfort interacting with clients in person and over the phone
    • Calmness during emergency situations
