Landscape & Construction Laborer

Cliff, Inc is seeking entry level and experienced landscape & construction laborers.

Full and Part time availability.

Laborer to perform duties such as:

Landscape Construction tasks - Building of new landscapes, plantings, boulders, demolition of old landscapes, spreading rock, mulch, dirt, grading of dirt, installing weed barrier. 

Drainage work - Grading, trenching, downspout installation, and other related drainage tasks.

Landscape Maintenance activities - Routine Mulching, De-weeding, Shrub Pruning

Hardscape Construction tasks - Assist with layout, excavation, compaction, rock spreading, material handling.

General tasks - attention to detail

Applicants must have:
High school diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License with Reliable transportation
Willingness to work hands-on with their team to complete goals and tasks
Ability to lift or move 80-100 lbs without assistance
Great communication
Eagerness to learn
Honesty and Integrity
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Problem solving skills

Pay Range:
$15 - $18 for entry level positions.
$18 - $22+ depending on demonstratable experience and skills.
Final pay will be determined on an individual basis, dependent on experience.
