    Scott Credit Union is looking to hire a part-time Financial Services Representative (FSR) to join our amazing Call Center team! This FSR position works Monday – Saturday, with varied hours and schedule depending on operational needs.

    **Training is to be completed in the first 60-90 days of employment at the Edwardsville, IL Home Office location.

    **Upon successful completion of training, qualifying employees may be eligible for remote/hybrid schedules.

    The Day to Day as a Call Center Financial Services Representative

    The Call Center FSR is responsible for presenting and explaining a basic number of credit union products and services to members and assisting them to utilize these products and services. This person requires an ability to communicate effectively with prospective and current members and to represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.

    A typical day will look like:

    • Processing basic financial transactions for members including such functions as balance inquiries, completing transfers and payments, issuing checks.
    • Responding to routine member inquiry regarding the operation of accounts, access to services, account discrepancies, adding or reducing service features on various accounts, and assisting members. 
    • Operating computers to accurately post transactions, access account information, balance transactions, and generally update member account transactions and information.
    • Educating members and potential members on the products and services Scott Credit Union offers that may be of benefit. Makes referrals to the Loan Center, Mortgage Department or Retirement and Investment Services as needed.
    • Performing such other member service functions that might be needed from time to time and assists others to complete tasks and work assignments.
    • Performs such other duties as may be assigned by Team Leads or Manager.

    To Be Considered, You’ll Need:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Six months of call center experience OR Six months of financial institution experience.
    • Personal computer experience, including Microsoft Office products.

     Pay Range: 

    • The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $22.00 hourly.
