• Keep clean and orderly condition
• Perform any combination of the following duties: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office spaces
• Use machinery to clean showroom floor, dust entire facility, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen
• Empty trash and garbage containers
• Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical and other maintenance activities using hand tools
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience in working within a customer service role
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality and eager to improve
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
