Job Summary:

A Production Team Member will be responsible for effectively operating commercial embroidery machines, based 
on the customer requirements. Ability to work independently and maintain effective performance measures. On the
job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm, with a 30-minute break

• Operates commercial embroidery machines (on the job training provided)
• Understands and ensures quality measures are met, to successfully produce headwear
• Demonstrates knowledge of the proper processes to maintain accuracy
• Actively controls and structures use of time to most effectively accomplish work, projects and goals
• Read and understand basic order details
