Job Summary: We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a family-owned business. Responsibilities include:
· Code invoices and check requests
· Process invoices & check requests via Karmak accounting software
· Process parts inventory invoices reconciling vendor invoices to packing slips
· Process units and truck invoices including corresponding serialized numbers
· Resolve invoice discrepancies and reconcile statements
· Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
· Assist with processing weekly check runs
· Prepare and send appropriate sales tax exemption forms
· Vendor file maintenance and complete vendor credit applications
Position type: Full time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: Up to $28/hr BOE

Qualifications
· High school graduation or equivalent
· At least 2 years of Payroll experience required
· At least 2 years of QuickBooks experience preferred
· Excellent Attention to detail, problem solving/communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with heavy volume
