PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Quickly process and schedule day-to-day maintenance- preventative, scheduled, and routine maintenance - Conduct inspections of facilities to identify area needing repair or improvement -Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. - General repair and troubleshooting to include but not limited to HVAC, appliances, pool, electrical, etc - assigning out to vendors as needed. - Wall repairs and patching, touch-up painting, and complete painting. -
