The Chamber of Commerce purchases a rotation on a digital billboard, located on east Interstate 270, between Route 3 and 203. We split the billboard into 30 spots, which we sell to our members, allowing them to have a billboard for a fraction of the cost. Spots are not reserved until payment is received.
